• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Some remote locations may experience longer transit times.

4.2 Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. The process includes:

3. Ship items with provided instructions
4. Receive refund/exchange after inspection

5.2 Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after return processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for our errors or defective products.

We happily exchange items for different sizes/colors (subject to availability). Customers are responsible for price differences and additional international shipping charges.
